Locations

Center Pregnancy

Due to risks associated with COVID-19, in-person group classes are not in session until further notice.

Main Office

Our larger, main office sees pregnant and gynecological patients. It accommodates the equipment needed for monitoring our pregnant patients and its close proximity to the hospital allows both providers and patients to get there very quickly if needed.

Pre-COVID, we allowed patients to bring their young children and babies to their appointments. However, additional guests are not allowed to our patient’s appointments due to CDC and DPH guidelines.

Cook Street Office

At this office, we only see patients for gynecology services appointments. This smaller environment allows us to move our patients to make their appointments more private. This location is not far from our main campus but is more secluded from the traffic of the hospital.

Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled procedures such as ultrasounds, in-office procedures and surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergencies and illnesses do not synchronize with our appointment book and sometimes deliveries and surgical procedures take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make every effort to see you at your scheduled time. We appreciate your time and ask that you reciprocate by phoning our office if you cannot keep your appointment (24 hours in advance if at all possible).

Electrical Medical Records (EMR)

Our office utilizes an Electrical Medical Record (EMR) system which means we do not have paper charts. When you call for your first appointment, you will be given a user name and password to access your medical history form on-line. It is most important that your forms be completed before coming into the office for your first visit. If you do not have a computer at work or home, there are computers at the public libraries.

Payment

Co-pays must be collected in accordance with your insurance company and state regulations. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay before seeing the Provider. We accept Visa, and MasterCard, as well as Debit Cards. We are in-network with most insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid. We expect payment at the time of service and we will not schedule a surgery until the deductible and/or copay has been paid in full.
