Co-pays must be collected in accordance with your insurance company and state regulations. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay before seeing the provider. We accept Visa, and MasterCard, as well as debit cards.
We are in network with most insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid.
We expect payment at time of service and we will not schedule a surgery until the deductible and/or copay has been paid in full.
