Tamsin Lewis, DNP, APRN, CNM
is a dedicated and accomplished Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with over four decades of nursing experience and 33 years in nurse-midwifery. She has delivered more than 4,000 babies and provided care in a variety of settings, from high- volume urban medical centers to rural community health centers.
Throughout her career, Tamsin Lewis has been instrumental in the education of OB/GYN residents, medical students, nurse-midwifery, and nurse practitioner students. She has led initiatives to improve patient care through evidence-based practices and quality improvement projects.
Her passion for women’s health, commitment to clinical excellence, and dedication to education have earned her accolades, including recognition from the California State Assembly for Outstanding Community Service.
Tamsin is a proud mother of three grown children and a grandmother to three grandchildren.
